Konklusion:

Formålet med denne forsøgsaktivitet var at afprøve nye biostimulanter i sukkerroer og vurdere deres effekt på sukkerudbyttet.

Udbytteanalysen af forsøget med udnyttelse af kvælstof viste, at der var ingen signifikant vekselvirkning mellem de testede biostimulanter og niveau af tildelt kvælstof. Roernes respons til de forskellige kvælstofsniveauer var overraskende svag, og forskellen mellem tildeling af 30 kg N/ha og 100 kg N/ha var blot 0,5 t sukker/ha, hvilket er lavere end man normalt ville forvente. De undersøgte biostimulanter til udnyttelse af kvælstof – Azelis Seaweed, YaraAmplix Optivi og Veradyn – viste ingen signifikant effekt på merudbytte, GLI eller NDVI.

Conclusion:

The purpose of this trial activity was to test new biostimulants in sugar beet and assess their effect on sugar yield.

The yield analysis of the trial concerning the Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) showed that there was no significant interaction between the tested biostimulants and the level of applied nitrogen. The beets’ response to the different nitrogen levels was surprisingly weak, and the difference between an application of 30 kg N/ha and 100 kg N/ha was only 0.5 t sugar/ha, which is lower than one would normally expect. The biostimulants studied for nitrogen use efficiency – Azelis Seaweed, YaraAmplix Optivi, and Veradyn – did not show any significant effect on additional yield, GLI, or NDVI.
